FURNITURE DELIVERY

Black Bamboo can provide for delivery of merchandise through a third-party delivery service unaffiliated with Black Bamboo. In such cases, Black Bamboo is acting only as facilitator between the purchaser and the delivery service, not as an agent of either, and has no liability with respect to the delivery service. Refused orders are subject to return freight. If a customer requires a return pick up, the standard delivery rate will apply. Customers must sign proof of delivery service, making sure that all goods have been inspected prior to signing. Should any merchandise be damaged, it must be noted on the proof of delivery note accordingly. Once the proof of delivery note has been signed stating that the merchandise is in good condition, no repairs, replacements, exchanges or returns will be accepted if the customer finds fault at a later date.
