IN STOCK ITEMS

Black Bamboo takes great pride in the select merchandise that we choose to sell, but we do understand that there may be a reason that you need to make a return. If you should need to return an in-stock item, please return to us within 14 days and we will gladly provide you a store credit. Merchandise must be returned with the original packaging and receipt. A store credit will be valid for one year.

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Custom/ Special orders (includes custom/ special ordered furniture, rugs, lighting and accessories) are final and cannot be cancelled. No returns, refunds or exchanges on any custom/ special ordered items will be accepted. Lead times are estimated on past experience and current commitments from suppliers. However due to factors beyond our control such as back orders, general production or freight delays and/or adverse weather or strikes, we cannot and do not guarantee lead times. Orders may not be cancelled nor deposits refunded due to late lead times and/or delivery.
