Triangular Gong on Stand
Description

These flat triangular gongs or bells are made exclusively for religious use, either hung from a pagoda or on a pair of posts with a crossbar or from a pole shouldered by two men for street processions during religious holidays. Struck sharply on one of its lower points the gong spins rapidly and this motion imparts a sound. This gong is mounted on a black-stained wood base.
